防屏蔽程序会显示没有权限该如何解决？以及win10的电脑，压根找不到运行的选项……cmd咋打开？好像是有快捷键来着，一会上网搜一下。
……虽然咱这个论坛的风格是这样的吧，但作为一个理工科出身的本能让我对ping指令等相关概念有点兴趣……
发这个评论主要是好奇一件事，就是说，我现在能通过这个网络直接连接到本论坛，无需翻墙之类的操作，但论坛的ip地址是会变的吧，会不会出现下次通过书签等方式进入论坛的时候突然进不来了？
